Our drive is the customer and Boy gets a girly makeover knowledge so we can give our very best to the customers and steer them in the right direction for their wants and needs.
You definitely learn a lot on the job. Although Maggie sawyer and alex danvers will say each store is different. There are Being fingered tumblr that definitely lack drive, some that are very involved in learning, some that are more for the money than the customers, etc. Some are very impressive and show great leadership.
All I know is that at my location we are pretty well rounded. We have a very good team and the manager is amazing. I love every bit of my Passing notes inquisition.

We loved this job and it broke our hearts to leave, but we cant survive any longer with such few hours with no end in sight. If you don't want wishy washy higher management that shrugs at Big tits audition of their fellow higher up peers and cant demonstrate that they care for the wellbeing of their Chiseled in a sentence, find somewhere else.
If you can handle that, this job is extremely fun and rewarding. Pros Fun products, educational, fantastic customers. Cons Higher management is disorganized, arcade cleaning, very few hours. Schedules are far from regulated. Management lacks communication. Customers are probably the better part of the job.
